Vacation Loan Cruise Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. GIVEAWAY OPEN ONLY TO U.S. RESIDENTS OVER THE AGE OF 18 RESIDING IN THE UNITED STATES THROUGHOUT THE GIVEAWAY PERIOD. 1. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase is necessary, and no entry fee, payment, or proof of purchase is necessary to participate in the Giveaway. The giveaway starts July 1st, 2024, at 11:00 AM EST and ends July 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST. This is to be referenced as the "Giveaway Period." Enter to win by getting approved and funding a Vacation Loan, considered an unsecured loan for vacation funding, during the campaign/giveaway period. Each eligible borrower on an approved and funded Vacation Loan opened during the giveaway period will be entered for a chance to win, with a maximum of one entry per participant.
2. PRIZE: Package includes the choice of a 3,4, or 5 night cruise aboard Carnival Cruise Line or a 3 night hotel stay in exclusive travel destinations – winner must pay docking fees and taxes.
3. DRAWING: The winners will be selected in a random drawing from among the other eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will be conducted on August 6th, 2024.
4. ELIGIBILITY: YOU MUST BE A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT OVER THE AGE OF 18 AND RESIDE IN THE UNITED STATES THROUGH THE GIVEAWAY PERIOD TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN. Garden Savings Federal Credit Union may require potential winners to submit proof of legal U.S. residency to determine eligibility and as a condition of the prize award. Employees, Directors, and Committee Members of Garden Savings Federal Credit Union and its respective subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, printers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible to participate or win. Prizes will be mailed to the winner's provided home address. Allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within the United States.
