Who is Alex?

Alex is an AI (artificial intelligence)- powered phone assistant who can answer your credit union questions and help you find the information you're looking for on our website. Alex is an advanced version of ART, our Automated Response Teller. They will work together to support our members' questions 24/7.

What can Alex help you with?

Ask Alex a question, and he'll do a deep dive to find the answer. The more you use Alex, the more he learns. Here are a few of the ways Alex can help:

  • Provide information about your Checking, Savings, and Loan accounts
  • How to join the credit union
  • Finding your nearest branch or ATM
  • How to contact Garden Savings
  • How to transfer money
  • And so much more!

How do I activate the Alex Feature?

Garden Savings is always looking for ways to add more layers of service to our Members' experience. Alex allows us to offer answers to your questions 24/7 and is here to help Members experience lower wait times.

Is Alex secure?

Yes, Alex is secure. We use the latest technologies, including 128-bit encryption, to safeguard your information. 

When is Alex available?

Alex is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days out of the year.

What can I do if I forget my account number?

Alex will be able to assist you with your account information once your social security number is fully verified. A one-time passcode will be sent to your email or phone number on file.

Can Alex refer me to a live Member service representative?

You can ask Alex to speak with an "operator" or "person" at Garden Savings, and Alex will transfer you to a live representative during business hours.
